- 8 ч.л. цукру
- 1 яєчний жовток
- 1 ст.л. меду
- 1 лимон
- 1/2 ч.л. меленої кориці
Приготування
1. Щавель дрібненько подрібнити та пом’яти руками. З лимона зняти цедру.
2. Тісто розморозити та розкачати. Нарізати тісто на 8 прямокутників. На кожен прямокутник покласти щавель, цедру лимона, 1 ч.л. цукру і дрібку кориці. Гарненько защипнути краї тіста.
3.Змішати жовток з медом та змастити пиріжки. Викласти їх на деко, застелене пергаментним папером. Випікати в розігрітій до 220 градусів духовій шафі близько 20 хвилин.
