Серед страв, які я по-справжньому обожнюю, завжди знайдеться місце супам пюре. Вони ніжні, смачні, та й приготувати їх можна з більшості овочів. Достатньо мати хороший блендер і бажання готувати.
Для 3-4х порцій знадобиться
- 300 г печериць
- 1 зубчик часнику
- 1 цибулина
- 300 г цвітної капусти
- сіль і перець за смаком
- 1 ст.л оливкової олії
- 100 г сиру фета
- насіння гарбуза і льону для подачі
- зелень для подачі
- 300 мл. води (або молока)
- 200 мл. вершків
- пучка чебрецю
Приготування
- Гриби нарізати пластинками. Цибулю і часник мілко подрібнити. Капусту розібрати на суцвіття.
- У сотейнику розігріти масло, припустити цибулю і часник. Додати гриби і обсмажувати 2-3 хвилини, відразу посолити, поперчити і додати чебрець.
- Всипати у сотейник капусту, влити воду і довести до кипіння. Варити 4-5 хвилин.
- За допомогою блендера збити суп до кремової консистенції. Додати вершки і ще раз збити блендером.
- Сир нарізати кубиками. Суп розлити по тарілках, в кожну додати шматочки фети. Збризнути оливковою олією, присипати насінням, прикрасити зеленню і подавати до столу.
