Фокачча (от ит. focaccia) — традиционный итальянский хлеб, вкусный и несложный в приготовлении. Кое-кто считает, что этот хлеб стал предшественником популярной на весь мир итальянской пиццы, ведь основными ингредиентами и там, и там являются мука, вода и оливковое масло.
Идею приготовления фокаччи вместе с сыном мы приурочили к проведению дня Италии. Для нашей семьи это своеобразная познавательная игра, в которой один из выходных дней посвящается выбранной стране мира. Так, утро начинается с непривычного приветствия на итальянском языке – «Buongiorno» , благодарность выражается словом «Grazie», ну и, конечно же, готовится какое-нибудь вкусное и традиционно итальянское блюдо.

А еще мы желаем друг другу приятного аппетита – «Bon Appetit»

Фокачча с розмарином

  • 3 стакана муки (объем стакана — 240 мл)
  • 3 ст. л. оливкового масла extra virgin
  • 2,5 ч. л. сухих дрожжей
  • 1 ст. л. сахара
  • 1,5 ч. л. соли
  • 1¼ стакана теплой воды (объем стакана — 240 мл)

Посыпка

  • 2 ст. л. оливкового масла extra virgin
  • 2 ч. л. сухого розмарина
  • 2 ст. л. тертого пармезана.
  1. Разведите дрожжи с сахаром в ¼ стакана теплой воды, оставьте на 5-10 минут до образования пузырьков.
  2. В отдельной емкости смешайте муку с солью, влейте дрожжи и оливковое масло. Замешивайте тесто, постепенно добавляя остаток теплой воды. Переложите тесто в смазанную оливковым масло посуду и оставьте подниматься на 1,5-2 часа.
  3. Когда тесто увеличится вдвое, переложите его на рабочую поверхность, посыпанную мукой, и хорошо замесите руками.
  4. Смажьте форму, в которой будете выпекать хлеб, оливковым маслом и распределите в ней тесто. Накройте пищевой пленкой и поставьте в разогретую до 30-35 °С духовку на 30 минут. Так тесто быстро поднимется.
  5. Вытащите форму с тестом из духовки. Установите в духовке температуру 250°С. Полейте тесто 2 столовыми ложками оливкового масла. Пальцами сделайте небольшие углубления по всему периметру и распределите сухой розмарин. Выпекайте в разогретой духовке 20-25 минут или до образования румяной корочки./li>
  6. Горячую фокаччу посыпьте тертым пармезаном.
