У запеченому вигляді соковитий та солодкий ананас заграє новими фарбами. І звичайна запіканка відразу змінить свій смак, ось побачите! А який аромат буде, просто немає слів!
Складники
- 500 г сиру
- 2 яйця
- 5 кілець консервованого ананасу
- 50 г вершкового масла
- 3 ст.л. манної крупи
- 50 г родзинок
- 50 г цукру
- 5 крапель ванільного екстракту
Приготування
1.Вершкове масло розтопити у мікрохвильовій печі. Промити та обсушити родзинки.
2.Сир разом з яйцями, цукром, ванільним екстрактом і розтопленим вершковим маслом збити міксером. Вмішати манку і родзинки. 3.Викласти масу в керамічну або скляну форму діаметром 22-24 см., змащену вершковим маслом. Поверх розкласти кружечки ананаса. Запікати в духовій шафі 45 хвилин при 180 градусах. Подавати до столу теплою або холодною.
