 на 4 порції

  • 4 стейки сьомги приблизно по 250 г
  • 3 ложки оливкової олії
  • 1 лайм, сік і цедра
  • 20 г дрібно нарізаної цибулі-різанця
  • 10 г дрібно нарізаного кропу
  • 5 г дрібно нарізаного кервелю (можна замінити петрушкою)

1.Стейки сьомги помийте під холодною водою, посушіть паперовими рушниками й покладіть у керамічну форму для запікання.

2.У невеликій мисці змішайте оливкову олію, сік і цедру лайма, трави, сіль і перець. Полийте стейки сьомги маринадом і переверніть їх, щоб маринад розподілився рівномірно. Залиште рибу маринуватися на 15 хвилин при кімнатній температурі або 40-60 хвилин у холодильнику, накривши її харчовою плівкою.

3.Увімкніть у духовці режим «класичний нагрів (зверху+знизу)», задайте температуру 170°С. Помістіть форму на середній рівень і готуйте 8-10 хвилин. Подавайте з рисом або овочами на пару.
