Картопляні вафлі з пряними травами

Хрусткі та поживні картопляні вафлі – це чудовий варіант для сніданку вихідного дня. До того ж цій страві можна кожного разу надавати нових відтінків, замінюючи одні пряні трави  на інші. Упевнений, що з даним рецептом Ви відкриєте для себе й нові смаки.

На 5-6 шт.

  • 500 г відвареної картоплі
  • 1 стакан борошна
  • 2 шт. яєць
  • 1 стакан молока
  • 4 ст. л. оливкової олії
  • 1,5 ч.л. розпушувача для тіста
  • 1 ст.л. подрібнених пряних трав
  • сіль, перець за смаком
  • 50 г гарбузового насіння

Готуємо

Відварену картоплю розім’яти в пюре, додати олії, теплого молока, вбити яйця і добре все перемішати. До пюре просіяти борошно разом з розпушувачем, додати сіль та перець, мускатний горіх та розмарин. Вимішати до однорідної текстури. Всипати гарбузового насіння і ще раз перемішати. Випікати у вафельниці як звичайні пухкі вафлі. До столу подавати гарячими – зі сметаною, домашнім кетчупом, аджикою, сиром або овочевим салатом. Смачного!
