1.Увімкніть у духовці режим «класичний нагрів (зверху+знизу)», задайте температуру 160°С. Форму для торта змастіть вершковим маслом, виріжте коло з паперу для випікання по діаметру форми й вистеліть ним дно.
2.У велику миску просійте мигдальну муку, борошно, цукрову пудру, какао, розпушувач тіста й перемішайте. Додайте збиті яєчні білки, масло й добре перемішайте. Отримане тісто перелийте в підготовлену форму, поставте в духовку на середній рівень і випікайте 30-35 хвилин. Корж має бути пористим і не прилипати до стінок форми. Готовий корж акуратно вийміть із форми й остудіть на решітці.
3.Поки корж охолоджується, приготуйте шоколадний мус. Шоколад поламайте на невеликі кусочки й розтопіть на водяній бані. Додайте ром, перемішайте. Дайте трохи охолодитися.
4.Збийте вершки з цукровою пудрою до кремоподібного стану. Акуратно додайте розтоплений шоколад, помішуючи силіконовою лопаткою.
5.Край форми, у якій випікався корж, застеліть харчовою плівкою. Покладіть охолоджений корж назад у форму й розподіліть по його поверхні шоколадний мус. Поставте в холодильник мінімум на 3 години.
6.Перед подаванням акуратно розстебніть краї форми, видаліть пластикову плівку й перекладіть торт на таріль.
