Морквяний крем-суп з лаймом

Складові на 4 персони:

  • 500г моркви
  • 1-шалот
  • 200 мл соку моркви
  • 200 мл води
  • щіпка меленого духмяного перцю
  • щіпка подрібненого кмину
  • 2 столові ложки оливкової олії
  • сіль
  • мелений білий перець
  • 150г йогурту без добавок
  • 1 лайм

Готуємо:

При використанні блендера Gorenje з функцією підігріву встановіть режим низької температури Low. Додайте в блендер оливкову олію і нарізану кубиками моркву. Готуйте до тих пір, поки морква віддасть солодкий сік і злегка карамелізується. В моркву всипте дрібно нарізану цибулю-шалот, дрібку кмину, запашного перцю. Залийте інгредієнти морквяним соком наполовину з водою і продовжуйте варити в режимі Sauté / Simmer ще 20 хвилин. У режимі подрібнення збийте масу до стану крем-супу. Приправте сіллю, перцем і додайте чайну ложку соку лайма. Подавайте до столу з ложкою йогурту і цедрою лайма.
