Запропонований рецепт бездріжджового тіста простий у приготуванні, та й складові інгредієнти знайдуться під рукою – борошно, олія, молоко і яйце. А ось для випічки все ж таки знадобиться електрична вафельниця.
Готові вафлі добре викласти на решітку й присипати цукровою пудрою, так вони залишаться хрусткими. Але все ж таки краще довго не зволікати і з’їсти вафлі ще теплими. В літню пору додавайте до вафель ягоди, морозиво і все, що прийдеться до душі.
Для 10 вафель
Складники
- 1 склянка борошна (склянка на 240 мл.)
- 2 ч.л. розпушувача
- дрібка солі
- 1 ст.л. цукру
- ¼ склянки оливкової олії (60 мл.)
- 1 склянка молока (240 мл.)
- 1 яйце (відділити жовток і білок)
Готуємо
- В окремій ємності змішуємо сухі інгредієнти
- Збиваємо вінчиком жовток, додаємо молоко і оливкову олію, з’єднуємо з сухою сумішшю. Вимішуємо тісто до однорідності.
- Міксером збити білок у міцну піну ( 2 хв.), з’єднати з тістом.
- Розігріти вафельницю і випікати вафлі до готовності.
- Вафлі перекласти на решітку і посипати цукровою пудрою.
