Вафлі з шоколадним соусом і збитими вершками

Складові:

  • 125 г борошна
  • 2 шт. яєць
  • 125 мл. молока
  • 2 ст.л. рослинного масла
  • 300 мл. вершків 33-35%
  • 50 г чорного шоколаду
  • 2 ст.л. рослинної олії
  • 2 ст.л. рідкого гречаного меду
  • 1 ч.л. розпушувача
  • 3 ст.л. мигдалевих пластинок
  • дрібка солі

Спосіб приготування:

1.В мисці змішати міксером молоко, яйця, рідкий мед, рослинну олію і сіль. Просіяти борошно з розпушувачем і добре перемішати тісто. Випікати рум’яні вафлі, приблизно по 4 хвилини.

2.Шоколад наламати і залити 100 мл. вершків. Поставити в мікрохвильову піч на 1, 5 хвилини при потужності 600 Ватт. Ретельно перемішати, повинен вийти густий соус. При необхідності можна додати ще трохи вершків, щоб довести соус до потрібної консистенції.

3.Залишок вершків збити в піну міксером. Мигдальні пластинки підрум’янити на сковороді без жиру. Для подачі полити гарячі вафлі шоколадним соусом, покласти збиті вершки і посипати мигдалем.
