- 250 г борошна
- 3 шт. яєць
- 500 мл. молока
- 125 г вершкового масла
- 5 ст.л. цукру
- 1 ч.л. розпушувача
- 1/2 ч.л. ванільного екстракту
- 150 г нутелли
- 3 шт. апельсинів
- дрібка солі
- цукрова пудра свіжа м’ята для подачі
Спосіб приготування:
1.Масло розм’якшити до кімнатної температури. Збити міксером масло з цукром до пишності. Не припиняючи збивати, додати яйця, молоко, ваніль і дрібку солі. Добре змішати і всипати просіяне з розпушувачем борошно. Перемішати тісто і спекти рум’яні вафлі.
2.Апельсини глибоко очистити і порізати тонкими кружальцями поперек. Намазати половину вафель нутеллою, покрити кружальцями апельсинів і накрити другою, не намазаною вафлею. Посипати цукровою пудрою і прикрасити свіжою м’ятою.
