Змастіть м’ясо 2 столовими ложками оливкової олії, посоліть, поперчіть і обв’яжіть кулінарним шпагатом, підклавши під нього 7 гілочок розмарину.

3.Картоплю та моркву розріжте наполовину (якщо картоплини великі – на 4 частини), перемішайте у великій мисці з 2 столовими ложками оливкової олії, нечищеними зубчиками часнику та листям з 1 гілочки розмарину.

4.Викладіть ногу ягняти на середину дека, помістіть на середній рівень і запікайте 1,5 години. Потім скропіть м’ясо вином і додайте на деко картоплю, розклавши її навколо м’яса. Через півгодини ще раз полите м’ясо вином. Коли м’ясо буде готове, вийміть деко з духовки, перекладіть овочі на таріль і тримайте в теплі, а м’ясу дайте постояти 15 хвилин.
