- 4-5 великих креветок
- ½ склянки білого вина
- 1 склянка томатного соусу
- ½ чайної ложки солі
1.Увімкніть у духовці режим «класичний нагрів (зверху+знизу)», задайте температуру 200°С.
2.На великій сковороді розігрійте на середньому вогні оливкову олію та посмажте часник протягом 2-3 хвилин, постійно помішуючи, поки він не стане золотистим. Додайте кусочки кальмарів, мідій і креветок та полийте вином, збільште вогонь до середньо сильного, накрийте кришкою й готуйте 3 хвилини. Морепродукти викладіть на таріль і відставте. На сковороду додайте томатний соус і сіль, зменште вогонь до середнього й готуйте 2-3 хвилини.
3.Відваріть спагеті в соленій воді; варіть на 4 хвилини менше, ніж указано на упаковці. Злийте воду, залишивши приблизно ½ склянки.
4.На сковороду з томатним соусом додайте спагеті із залишками води, у якій вони варилися, і морепродукти, добре перемішайте. Покладіть спагеті з морепродуктами на середину паперу для випікання розміром 40 х 60 см, закрийте краї листа, сполучивши й скрутивши кути та залишивши зверху вільний простір, щоб зайва рідина могла випаровуватися. Поставте конверти з пастою в духовку на середній рівень на 5 хвилин. Подавайте одразу ж, посипавши страву рубленою петрушкою.
