Паста з соусом із запечених овочів

Цей соус дуже легкий і приготувати його зможе кожен з Вас. А саме головне, що незважаючи на свою елементарність, він неймовірно смачний. До того ж варіацій, в залежності від наповнення вашого холодильника, може бути безліч.

на 2-3 порції

  • 2 великих перця
  • 1 червона цибулина
  • 2 зубка часнику
  • 3-4 помідора
  • 1 перець чилі
  • 1 ч.л італійських трав
  • 4-5 ст.л оливкової олії
  • 5 ст.л білого вина
  • сіль, перець
  • паста (наприклад Farfalle)
  • натертий пармезан

Приготування

1.Всі овочі нарізати на крупні шматки, збризнути оливковою олією, трішки присолити. Викласти підготовлені овочі на деко та перемішати. Запікати при температурі 220 С протягом 40-50 хв. до тих пір, поки овочі не карамелізуються.

2.Готові овочі перекласти у миску, а у деко налити вина. Отриману рідину додати до овочів і збити блендером до стану пюре. Перелити соус у сотейник, додати пряних трав, підігріти і подавати до столу.

Якщо Ви використовуєте блендер з функцією підігріву, тоді подрібнюйте овочі і підігрівайте соус прямо у чаші блендера. Смачного!
