Ліниві вареники

Цей сніданок особливо полюбляє малеча, – очевидно за смішну «ліниву» назву. Порадою батькам дітей, з примхливим ставленням до їжі, може стати спроба завуалювати страву за вигадливою назвою: звичний дитині суп назвати похідною юшкою, а молочну кашу – пудингом. Бува спрацьовує, бува – ні.

Ну, а тим часом, зовсім не лінива мама, – адже сніданок в моїй родині обов’язковий перед виходом дитини в садок, а дорослих – на роботу – поспішає на кухню, наспівуючи:

“Еники-беники, еники-беники,

Мама зварила ліниві вареники.

Невеличкий чіт: якщо сир знежирений і сухий, додайте трохи м’якого вершкового масла.

на 2-3 порції

  • 200 гр. сиру
  • 1 яйце
  • 1 ст.л. цукру
  • дрібка солі
  • 3 ст.л. борошна з гіркою
  • вершкове масло для готових вареників
  • борошно, що знадобиться для посипання кульок та робочої поверхні

1.На плиту поставити підігрівати каструльку з водою, в якій будуть варитися вареники.

2.Перетерти сир з яйцем, цукром і дрібкою солі, додати борошно і замісити ложкою тісто.

3.Робочу поверхню присипати борошном, з тіста сформувати 5-6 кульок. Кожну кульку посипати борошном, щоб не сильно прилипала до рук і було зручніше працювати з тістом. Шарик розкачати в шнурок Ø 1,5 см. І нарізати на вареники.

4.У киплячу воду всипати вареники і як тільки вони спливуть – відразу ж виловити шумівкою і відправити купатися у вершкове масло. За бажання, можна трохи присипати цукром.
