Паста з домашнього сиру

На 4 порції

  • 250 г домашнього сиру
  • 1 стеблина цибулі-порею
  • перець
  • 1 зубчик часнику
  • 2 столові ложки сметани
  • 1 чайна ложка лимонного соку
  • 3 столові ложки олії з насіння гарбуза холодного віджиму

Приготування

1.Дрібно наріжте цибулю-порей і часник, а потім швидко їх пасеруйте у пательні.

2.Додайте домашній сир і сметану. Приправте за смаком і додайте олію з насіння гарбуза.

3.Для пікантного смаку додайте лимонний сік. Змішайте та подавайте на грінці.
