  • 500г буряка
  • 700 мл води

  • 3 столові ложки насіння гірчиці
  • 150 мл води
  • гілка свіжого розмарину
  • 3 столові ложки крохмалю

Готуємо:

При використанні блендера Gorenje з функцією підігріву встановіть режим високої температури HIGH. У чашу блендера влийте оливкову олію, додайте очищений і нарізаний кубиками буряк. Сюди ж відправте нарізану цибулю-шалот, подрібнені ягоди ялівцю і бальзамічний оцет. Коли цибуля-шалот стане прозорою, влийте воду і продовжуйте варити суп в режимі Sauté / Simmer 30 хвилин або до готовності буряку. У режимі подрібнення збийте масу до стану гладкої кремової консистенції. Додайте вершкове масло. Приправте готову страву сіллю, перцем. Для приготування заправки  змішайте сметану, цедру лимона, сіль і перець.

Готуємо чіпси:

Встановіть температуру в духовці до 130 ° С, в сотейнику змішайте подрібнену гілочку розмарину, насіння гірчиці, влийте воду. Доведіть суміш до кипіння і зменшіть вогонь. У 2 ст.л. холодної води розведіть крохмаль і поступово з’єднайте його з гарячою рідиною, розмішайте. На деко, покрите пергаментним папером, розподіліть тонким шаром гірчичну заготовку. Випікайте в розігрітій духовці 20 хвилин. Готові гірчичні чіпси розламуйте на шматочки різної форми і подайте до столу разом з буряковим крем-супом і сметанною заправкою.
